Sarah is the Assistant Director of Communications for NHS Employers, providing strategic leadership to reinforce its role as the national voice of NHS workforce leaders. 

With more than 20 years’ experience in public sector communications, she brings extensive expertise from the ambulance service, primary care and central government.

Since joining the NHS Confederation in 2007, Sarah has progressed through a series of senior roles and now leads a high‑performing team of communications professionals. She oversees NHS Employers’ digital presence, brand and content strategy, ensuring communications are impactful and data‑driven.
