Sarah Patten

Sarah is the staff experience programme manager at NHS Employers, supporting NHS organisations to improve staff experience by creating inclusive, psychologically safe and compassionate workplace cultures.

 She develops practical resources, facilitates peer networks and collaborates with partners to share evidence, good practice and learning on priorities including Freedom to Speak Up, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), flexible working and staff wellbeing. Through her work, Sarah helps organisations translate policy and evidence into meaningful improvements for NHS staff.
