Sheila Pearce
Sheila is a Registered General Nurse and Registered Health Visitor with more than 40 years of NHS experience across acute and community services. A key focus of her current role is to provide leadership to support the ongoing delivery of high-quality service to patients and service users, working closely with colleagues within both the corporate and operational divisions.
Over the course of her career Sheila has successfully completed a BSc Honours in Applied Social Science (Health Studies) from the University of North London; a PGCE in Primary Care Education from the London Deanery; a PGCE in Management from the University of Westminster; the NHS Leadership Academy Nye Bevan Programme; and became a Queen’s Nurse in September 2023.

One feature of her work is active participation in the reverse mentoring programme using this opportunity to learn from others about lived experience, and to also share leadership knowledge and skills.
