Victoria Binks

Victoria joined NHS Employers in April 2026 as assistant director of engagement, covering the North West and North East and Yorkshire regions. As part of the national engagement service, she works in partnership with senior HR directors, chief people officers and trade union colleagues to create meaningful peer networks that share insight and intelligence, support learning and promote best practice. 

Before joining NHS Employers, Victoria worked in a regional engagement role at NHS Alliance, supporting trust chief executives and chairs. She led provider collaborative networks and, more recently headed up the organisation’s improvement and peer learning function. Before this, she spent 15 years in the NHS in senior system engagement and community development roles. Victoria brings experience in facilitation, improvement, systems thinking and stakeholder engagement. She enjoys building strong relationships across organisations and helping networks influence policy and achieve better outcomes. 

Victoria holds a BA (Hons), an MSc in healthcare leadership and a Chartered Institute of Marketing diploma.
