Victoria Blampied

Victoria Blampied is head of employee experience and wellbeing at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. 

Having spent 17 years in the NHS, Victoria's career has been shaped by a simple belief: people do their best work when they feel valued, listened to and supported. 

Starting her journey in recruitment, she saw first-hand how colleagues' experiences at work affect workforce outcomes and ultimately patient care. 

Today, she leads programmes spanning employee experience, wellbeing, engagement and recognition for around 14,000 colleagues. Her work focuses on turning workforce insight into practical change and helping organisations achieve meaningful improvements in culture and experience.
