Victoria Woodjetts

Victoria is an organisation development business partner at North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust, specialising in organisational development, workforce transformation, and leadership capability. She has extensive experience in designing and delivering OD interventions that support culture change, enhance staff experience, and drive sustainable service improvement.

Victoria has led a range of strategic workforce initiatives, including leadership development programmes aligned to NHS priorities. She played a key role in delivering the Your Future, Your Way programme, supporting leaders to build the confidence, capability and self-awareness needed to lead inclusively within complex healthcare environments.

Passionate about creating inclusive, values-driven organisations, Victoria works closely with clinical and operational colleagues to ensure leadership development is evidence-based, impactful, and responsive to the diverse needs of the workforce.
