Xinqi Wang

Xinqi joined NHS Employers in December 2024 as a senior engagement officer in the south region. She then took on a new role within the NES as a senior business officer (implementation and improvement) starting from June 2025. In her new role, Xinqi will be leading the implementation of a range of newly standardised working processes while striving for continuous improvement. She will also be managing NES central administration service.

Before joining NHS Employers, Xinqi worked as a quality and compliance coordinator in the head office of a charity. She has a Master’s degree in applied translation (project management) from the University of Leeds. Xinqi is looking forward to applying her extensive internal process development experience and project management to her role.
