The Do OD programme supports NHS colleagues working in organisational development to be skilled practitioners who make a positive impact on patient care.
Our connection events offer Do OD network members a place to come together and share updates, insights and learning.
Regular events
OD Community Connect: - bi-monthly online session for OD practitioners to hear updates from the Do OD team, gain insights from invited speakers, and share experiences, challenges and learning with peers. Join our Do OD Network to receive invites to these sessions.
Senior person in OD - networking meeting for senior colleagues responsible for OD decisions in their organisation to connect with peers and share updates and insights. Email us at do.od@nhsemployers.org to request to join this group.
ICB OD Leads - networking space for OD colleagues working in ICBs and system-level roles to connect, share ideas and learn from one another. Email us at do.od@nhsemployers.org if you would like to join the group.
