Lisa has worked in the NHS for 35 years as a nurse, health visitor and health visiting clinical advisor/lead. She has always had an interest in quality improvement (QI) and how we can make things better for patients and staff in the working environment. Training as a coach was pivotal to moving into Organisational Development (OD), appreciating the synergies with quality improvement and how it is imperative for people to make changes.
Lisa has worked in community and acute settings as a QI and OD practitioner. She is passionate about coaching, continuous improvement and working to create a culture of learning.
Lisa studied at Leeds University Business School, achieving a Master of Arts in Organisational Behaviour and undertook a research dissertation into the benefits of 1:1 coaching; achieved with distinction.
