Steven Weeks
Steven is head of staff experience work programmes at NHS Employers, involved in work on NHS Staff Standard and is on the Staff Survey Advisory Group.
Steven joined NHS Employers in 2006 following previous roles as a national official for an NHS union and a health researcher. He led on staff engagement and staff survey for NHS Employers before the staff experience team was created earlier this year.
