Connect to your local OD Network

Collaborate with OD networks in your region to transform ways of working across health and care.

19 January 2023

Do OD aims to support and develop all those working in OD to make a difference in patient care and to be a catalyst in connecting those working in OD and transformation across our health and care systems.

Alongside the range of Do OD resources, events and development opportunities, there is also the opportunity to connect with your regional and local OD networks.

Find your local and regional OD networks below to connect, share learning and challenges and support each other to make a difference.

  • The Midlands Leadership Academy provides OD support to OD practitioners through their communities of practice groups and offers OD practitioners across the Midlands a safe space to share experiences and learning as well as peer to peer support to develop their practice.

To find out more about the Midlands Leadership Academy take a look at its website.

  • Greater Manchester Community of Practice (GMCP) aims to support all health, care and wider public services colleagues around OD and culture, talent, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, engagement, skills development and any other emerging themes. To find out more about the community of practice or join GMCP's OD Rocks mailing list please contact the team via email.

  • OD practitioners can request to join the Hampshire and the Isle of Wight OD network through the NHS Futures website. Users can then access to the network's shared contacts, information and resources.

Join the network on NHS Futures (NHS Futures log in required).

  • The South East Leadership Academy provides OD practitioners with national and regional resources to support individuals and their organisations on their development journey.

Find out more about the South East Leadership Academy via its dedicated web page.

  • The London Leadership and Organisational Development Network (L&ODN) is a community of practice open to people working in the field of organisation and system development in health and social care in London. It provides a forum for people to discuss their practice, share insights, knowledge and experience, and raise practice queries.
