Understanding the new leadership and management framework
This Do OD webinar features colleagues from NHS England offering details on the launch of the new NHS Leadership and Management Framework, followed by a Q&A with questions from NHS colleagues.
The new framework was developed by NHS England to create consistency at all levels of management and leadership and greater parity with clinical and other professions.
This webinar gives an overview of the launch and content of the framework, a run-through of the website and self-assessment tool, details on data capture and reporting in practice, and a Q&A with the team who developed the framework.
It is hosted by Do OD programme lead Dr Carly Telford, with contributions from Gill Rooke, Deputy Director, Chris Witham, Head of Digital Learning for Leadership, and Niomie Warner, Head of Research, Evaluation and Insights at NHS England’s Leadership and Management Centre of Excellence.
