We have developed a suite of five videos that focus on the importance of providing workplace support for staff with disabilities.

In this opening video Emma Wood, deputy chief executive at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, explains why it's vital to provide effective, robust and ongoing support for disabled staff at work.

Paul's video
