Military March is back, this campaign is an opportunity to celebrate your Reservist and wider Armed Forces community colleagues, share your successes and highlight steps you have taken to become a forces-friendly employer.
There are loads of simple ways for you to get involved:
- Follow @NHSEArmedForces on X and repost our content.
- Follow @NHSEArmedForces and @armed-forces-sith on Linkedin and share our posts.
- Share your existing resources using #MilitaryMarch on social media.
- Look back on successful Armed Forces recruitment and networking events that you have organised and celebrate your success.
- Share contact details for your Armed Forces or Reservist champions in internal newsletters and comms.
- Publish an article on your intranet signposting colleagues to relevant resources, such as the sign-up page for your armed forces network, your organisation’s reserves policy (if you have one) or our information pages on the NHS Employers website.
