Partnership working for better outcomes for staff, patients, now and beyond

We’re excited to invite you to the first in-person conference for the region since 2020.

Join us as we consider the past, look at what’s happening in the NHS currently, and hear about innovative ways of working for the future.

Who the event is for

Staff side and HR colleagues working across the Midlands and East.

Topics include

  • Staff retention
  • National policy frameworks
  • Pregnancy loss policy
  • National SPF session

There will also be opportunities to network with your colleagues face-to-face over refreshments and hear about the work of the three regional SPFs across the Midlands and East.

This promises to be an interesting, engaging and informative event and we are looking forward to seeing you all there.

    In this session we will have an:

    • introduction to the future NHS workforce solution 

    • introduction to the new ESR standards.

    Presentation about the implications of the Michelle Cox case and equality impact assessments.

    Discussion about what this means for partnership working.
