Our fifth virtual workforce supply conference will take place on Wednesday 24 September 2025, bringing together professionals from the health sector working in workforce strategy and practice, including recruitment, workforce development, education, organisational development and learning leads.

The new 10 Year Health Plan has been released and we will be discussing the workforce strategy that the government has set out to achieve the three shifts of hospital to community, analogue to digital and sickness to prevention.

We will provide delegates with the opportunity to hear about these changes from national leaders as well as showcase practical tools and case studies for you to take away and use in your local workplace or system.

We are committed to hosting an inclusive and accessible event that enables everyone to attend and engage fully. Please get in touch if you have any additional requirements before attending.
