The Job Evaluation Group (JEG) has updated its guidance on roles requiring part 3 Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration following the archiving of two profiles in the health visiting profile suite in 2025.

In order to determine the need for additional profiles, JEG asks all employers that have to complete local evaluations for these or any other roles that do not match to current profiles to send through job descriptions, completed JAQs and evaluation reports to the NHS Employers' job evaluation team.
