Women in Health and Care: Thriving not Surviving

The NHS Confederation’s Health and Care Women Leaders Network exists to support and empower women in health and care. It aims to create a more equitable healthcare system by addressing the unique challenges women face, promoting their voices and facilitating networking and learning opportunities.

The network will host its ninth annual conference, ‘Women in Health and Care: Thriving not Surviving,’ on 3 December in Leeds. This event is an opportunity for professionals in health and care to discuss these challenges and how to overcome them.
