Alex is responsible for setting and supporting The King's Fund's diversity and inclusion strategy, ensuring that their staff networks are supported and leading on mental health and wellbeing.

Her extensive experience of working in NHS trusts, integrated care systems and NHS England has given her insight into the experience of under-represented clinical staff and leaders in health and care. 

Alex is also a classically trained actress and co-founder of House of Pride, a platform for queer women and non-binary people.
