Nicola Bullen

Nicola is an accomplished business and health professional who has been working across the NHS since 2008. With a career spanning financial services, NHS Executive Search, health consultancy and senior NHS leadership roles. She is currently associate director of Occupational Health and Wellbeing at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.

Alongside her Trust role, Nicola holds multiple senior appointments that shape the future of occupational health. She is deputy chair of NHS Health at Work Network and is director occupational health liaison of the iOH Association Occupational Health and Wellbeing Professionals and an advisor to the UK and International Health Coaching Association.

Passionate about advancing workplace health, wellbeing and staff experience, Nicola is recognised for driving innovation, influencing policy, and championing initiatives that keep NHS staff and wider workforces healthy, safe and supported.
