To oversee and support implementation of the agreement NHS Employers, the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), NHS England and the BMA have established a number of joint delivery groups:
- contracts (NHS Employers and BMA lead)
- enhanced appraisals (NHSE lead)
- training allocation and distribution group (NHSE lead)
- Royal College fees (NHSE/DHSC lead)
- improving working lives (NHSE lead).
