Join us for our second webinar in a series supporting chief people officers and chief nursing officers to take forward the nurse career progression recommendations agreed by the Secretary of State in April 2025 from the 2023 Agenda for Change pay deal.
The session will help senior leaders understand how our five leadership actions to improve inclusive nurse career progression align with and are reflective of the inclusive practice at the heart of wider workforce policy, including the recently published NHS Staff Standards, NHS Leadership and Management Framework and Lord Mann Review.
The session will also help to make sense of how this work fits with and supports the wider employer actions set out by NHS England on the fairer deal for nursing.
Attendees will:
- Hear from other NHS organisations and learn how they are taking this forward in practice.
- Find out how this work fits with and aligns to other work on nurse career progression.
Who should attend
