NHS Employers will be hosting a webinar with NHS England focusing on the retention of internationally recruited staff working in the NHS.
The webinar will focus on the four pillars of the international retention toolkit which has been developed in collaboration with NHS England. Each pillar will have a different speaker from a different Trust sharing their learning and experience. The four pillars are:
- creating strong foundations
- making new recruits feel welcome
- building belonging
- maximising personal and professional growth.
