NHS radiographers in England vote to strike over pay
Outcome of The Society of Radiography industrial action ballot which closed on 28 June 2023.
The Society of Radiographers (SoR) has announced that it has secured sufficient turnout and votes to go on strike in 43 NHS trusts.
SoR balloted members between the 7 to 28 June 2023. Although more than 150 trusts had a majority in favour of action, not all met the turnout threshold needed to secure further industrial action.
Strike action dates have yet to been confirmed, however they are expected to take place in July to coincide with the action to be taken by junior doctors and consultants. Once the dates are known, we will update our strike planner accordingly.
