Pay and conditions circular for medical and dental staff 2025
Access the pay circular for staff covered by the medical and dental terms and conditions in England that applies from 1 April 2025.
Today (23 June 2025), we have published the pay circular 2/2025 to notify employers of the pay arrangements applicable from 1 April 2025 for medical and dental doctors and dentists on national terms and conditions in England.
Doctors and dentists will receive a four per cent uplift with doctors and dentists in training receiving an additional payment of £750. Payment of the uplift and arrears are scheduled to be paid in August salaries.
