Lisa joined NHS Employers in July 2023, and is looking forward to the new role, leading, developing and supporting the team. Lisa has been a NHS HR director for over 12 years and has lots of NHS experience. She is looking forward to learning about the work of the service from a new perspective and working with the northern engagement team and its HR and trade union colleagues.

Lisa is excited to join NHS Employers and to support our role in collectively supporting workforce leaders.
