Equality, diversity and inclusion is a changing landscape in employment law. Our webinar during Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Week set out the recent changes to equalities legislation.
Our expert from Capsticks, Nicola Green, reflected on the new duty within the Worker Protection Act and where we are six months on, and the recent Supreme Court ruling on gender. She also looked to the future and new legislation, such as the consultation on ethnicity and disability pay gap reporting and increased responsibility for third party harassment under the Worker Protection Act.
Nicola covered key case law developments including significant recent decisions, and how they may impact EDI policy within NHS organisations.
