We are now calling for evidence from employers as we prepare for the 2027/28 round.
Your insights and evidence help ensure our submission accurately reflects the workforce landscape and the challenges faced by employers.
Each year, the Pay Review Bodies outline priority areas for evidence. The form highlights the specific areas the PRB and DDRB have requested intelligence on for 2027/28.

- The interaction between the National Living wage (NLW) and Agenda for Change pay.
- The NHS Long Term Workforce Plan.
- New staff standards.
- How financial pressures on employers are affecting recruitment behaviour.
- Industrial action and industrial relations.
- Medical and dental contractual challenges.
- Pensions and retirement.
We also want to hear about any issues affecting recruitment, retention and morale that you would like us to raise.
