HPMA Excellence in People Awards 2023 webinar
As part of the build up to the Excellence in People Awards 2023, taking place in September, the Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) has published a recording of its Meet the finalists webinar, featuring shortlisted contenders for the award for wellbeing.
The HPMA announced its awards shortlists in June, outlining finalists across 17 categories including the NHS Employers Award for Wellbeing.
The wellbeing award highlights organisations that can demonstrate how specific health, fitness, or wellbeing initiatives are making a positive impact on staff satisfaction, motivation, health, or productivity.
The shortlisted organisations for the award are:
- Mission menopause – changing culture in South Yorkshire - South Yorkshire ICB and South Yorkshire Integrated Care System
- Health and wellbeing package for colleagues - Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
- Embracing neurodiversity in supporting employee wellbeing - Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust.

Judging is now complete, with the winners announced at a ceremony on 19 September in Leeds, during the annual HPMA Conference.
