Nursing and midwifery job profile review
Details of the consultation on revisions to the national job matching profiles for nursing and midwifery bands 4 to 6.
The Job Evaluation Group (JEG) is consulting on revised national job matching profiles for band 4 to 6 nursing and midwifery roles.
The changes being suggested to the profiles are additional wording in the non-bold rationales for the factor levels to give more current and accurate examples, along with refining the language of the factor levels to avoid confusion.
All amendments have been informed by the evidence received from job holders and employing organisations.

Employers have until 7pm on Sunday 30 June 2024 to provide feedback.
