Shortlists announced for HPMA Awards 2023
The shortlist for the Healthcare People Management Association's (HPMA) Excellence in People Awards 2023 is now available, outlining this year's finalists across 17 categories, including the NHS Employers award for wellbeing.
Shortlisted contenders will take part in final judging between now and 30 June, ahead of a ceremony taking place on 19 September in Leeds where this year's winners will be announced.
NHS Employers is sponsoring the award for wellbeing, highlighting organisations which can demonstrate how specific health, fitness or wellbeing initiatives are making a positive impact on staff satisfaction, motivation, health or productivity.
The shortlist for the NHS Employers award for wellbeing comprises:
- Mission menopause – changing culture in South Yorkshire - South Yorkshire ICB and South Yorkshire Integrated Care System
- Health and wellbeing package for colleagues - Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
- Embracing neurodiversity in supporting employee wellbeing - Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust.
