The NHS Employers Do OD programme supports colleagues working in NHS organisational development to be better practitioners and help them make a positive impact on patient care.
Our community connection events offer the OD community a place to come together, connect and learn from each other.
Regular events
Community Connect - our monthly network call for OD practitioners to connect and share experiences, challenges and learning. Use this link to request to join our OD network and receive invites to monthly sessions.
Do OD drop-in - meet the Do OD team to find out more about the range of resources and support that we offer. Request to join our OD network to start receiving invites to these regular sessions.
Senior person in OD meeting - a network for anyone responsible for OD decisions in their organisation to network with peers and share updates and learning. Email us at do.od@nhsemployers.org to request to join the group.
