Sharing lessons from trusts that have improved staff engagement
Join our webinar looking at the staff engagement experiences of two trusts.
Two trusts that were among the most improved in the 2020 NHS Staff Survey, Alder Hey Children's Hospital and South Tees Acute, will outline their approaches and reflect on their experiences.
Presentations will cover issues such as changing organisational culture, adapting staff engagement approaches during COVID, and sustaining improvement. These will be followed by opportunity to share local experience and identify key challenges.
There will also be an update on the work of the NHS Employers staff engagement network.
