In the fourth masterclass of the series our panel of speakers talked about how organisations have implemented flexible working in response to supporting employees with the rising cost of living. 

Our guest speakers shared their experience around flexible working, the benefits to employer and employee, the challenges and top tips on enabling flexible working in your organisation. They also shared the importance of long-term sustainable solutions, and the steps they have taken to implement them.
