PPM Toolkit updates June 2023
A number of updates have been made to the People Performance Management (PPM) Toolkit to support line managers in the NHS and the social care sector when having conversations about performance with staff.
The toolkit is available to managers to help with supporting staff with practical guidance on topics such as; managing different types of performance, appraisals and how to approach conversations about performance.
The latest version of the toolkit includes up-to-date resources available to allow managers to provide the best support they can to staff.
