Values based recruitment (VBR) is an approach to help attract and recruit prospective employees whose personal values and behaviours align with the NHS values outlined in the NHS Constitution. 

To help employers in the NHS recruit staff with values that fit with their organisation, we have created a range of information and resources, including toolkits and a behaviour framework.
