Engagement, communication and inclusion events
Join us on Friday 7 July and Wednesday 12 July to hear how the London HRD network has been focusing on inclusion and belonging in the workplace to make London the best place to work.
Focusing specifically on employee engagement, these are interactive and informative sessions. The content is the same in both sessions and is adapted according to the method of delivery.
Why join these events
Aligned with the London HRD network’s collective priority of inclusion and belonging, these events aims to support a culture of learning and sharing with our wider HR teams. The focus will be on HR functions getting the best out of their teams:
- Understanding difference and effective communications, adapting and connecting with each other to get the best out of our interactions. The aim is to build stronger relationships and trust with each other to create a culture of learning and sharing.
- Create a collective understanding of the principles of Employee Engagement, reviewing our own engagement data and looking at best practice.
- A focus on Inclusion, looking at the latest data, #InclusiveHR and resources available.
