Our webinar took place on Thursday 16 March and offered an in-depth analysis of the 2022 NHS Staff Survey, explored observable trends and comparisons with previous years, and looked at what these results mean for staff engagement leads today.
This online event was an opportunity to review the national results of the NHS Staff Survey with a focus on staff experience and staff engagement. We shared advice on how to understand data on trends and benchmarking, and outlined the key resources available. And we heard from representatives in trusts who have achieved improving results through recent surveys.
