London engagement team
The team covers the geographical area of London and aims to be the recognised voice of the NHS HR community, supporting workforce leaders to deliver better HR solutions that will improve patient care.
HR director / chief people officer (COP) network
The London HR director (HRD) / chief people officer (CPO) network is an established and well-respected peer-led forum that provides access to learning and sharing of good practice, peer networking, collaborating and creating opportunities to influence national policy and thinking on issues affecting employers across the capital. The network meets online (via Microsoft Teams) monthly, and aims to meet in-person at least twice a year. For more information on this network email the London team.
Partnership working
We facilitate partnership working through the Social Partnership Forum in London, which meets on a quarterly basis. This forum is a platform for management and staff-side representatives to discuss and debate the strategic issues affecting the NHS workforce.
