Health and wellbeing

We promote wellbeing at work, with advice and information for NHS provider organisations on health and safety, stress, sickness absence and more.

Our health and wellbeing programme is commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care and works alongside NHS healthcare provider organisations to support employee health and wellbeing. Harnessing the ambitions of the NHS People Plan, we strive to ensure organisations are 'looking after our people' and staff are supported to stay healthy at work.

We promote physical, emotional and mental wellbeing for all NHS staff, providing advice and guidance on a variety of themes including stress, sickness absence and financial wellbeing. We have a large, free to join health and wellbeing network specifically for health and wellbeing leads to connect, share good practice and find out what’s happening across NHS wellbeing.
